Neil de Grasse Tyson Emphasizes on the Need to Focus on Science; Bankruptcy Attorneys Agree

As the financial system in America still struggles and is just managing to limp back on the road to recovery slightly and certainly not good enough, it is only natural that bankruptcy attorneys feel weighed down by the concerns still plaguing the economy. But even in the midst of all this, they have made the time to catch up on the television appearances of astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson. Well, if they are not, plenty of people have watched Tyson on TV. With 30,000,000 unemployed people, watching TV is what many people spend their time doing.

A Skill he Possesses

Bankruptcy attorneys hold Tyson in high regard, not only because of the immense wealth of knowledge he possesses, but also for his gift of the gab and his almost uncanny ability to express complex scientific jargon and concepts in the most lucid and readily comprehensible language. Perhaps he can explain why many Americans do not see that America is sitting on a financial precipice and wasting billions of dollars on broken programs such as Medicaid is harming their country.

Neil deGrasse Tyson Makes a Thought-Provoking Suggestion

Neil deGrasse Tyson has suggested a solution that he believes will relieve NASA of all its present troubles. He has proposed increasing the funding for this space agency and bankruptcy attorneys think that his solution is a reflection of his belief that the way ahead for the nation lies in furthering the cause of science. This is a belief that he has consistently been propounding on all the television shows he has recently appeared on—The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Bill Mahr’s Real Time, and in an interview to Alan Boyle on MSNBC. He should go on Bill O’Reilly whose ratings beat all three of theirs combined.

Right on Tyson

According to Tyson, with a budget increase, NASA will be able to carry out many of its projects – technological development, planetary probes, and space explorations and these in turn, will enrich the pool of scientific knowledge of the nation. This sounds like a wonderful idea; too bad the current administration would rather waste money on unproven science and mismanaged companies such as Solyndra.

Bankruptcy Attorneys Cheer Kevin Love’s Performance Against Durant in the 3-Point Competition

There is a new star in the horizon and the bankruptcy attorneys, who had been dazzled by its brilliance, know for sure that it isn’t going to fizzle out any soon. The star in question is Kevin Love, the blistering power forward of the Minnesota Timberwolves. In fact, all those who had the chance to see him perform against the Eastern All-Stars couldn’t agree more.

A Rising Star

Here’s what the bankruptcy attorneys are gushing about. It all happened during the NBA All-Star festivities on Saturday night.

Kevin Love Scores Over Kevin Durant

The much-hyped duel between Kevin Love and Kevin Durant ended with Love beating his rival from the Thunder to win the 3-Point Shootout. Though Love displayed superlative action all throughout the game, he still was made to sweat by Durant. In fact, he had to pull through a tiebreaker in the first round and survive a last few blistering shots from Durant to eventually pull off a 17-14 win. Love, this year has scored about 25 points per game, averaged 9.9 rebounds per game, and connected on 49 of 141 3-point shootouts for the Timberwolves. So bankruptcy attorneys have ample reasons to cheer for him.

Athletes who are Respectable

The good thing about Love and Durant is that unlike Kobe Bryant, they are both likable and athletes worth cheering for.

Go Timberwolves

Many people believe that Love has justified his All-Star selection, which he clinched last season, and with other power forwards like Blake Griffin and LaMarcus Aldridge. All three look to become the perennial All-Stars in the Western Conference. Love is only 23 and has years of action in front of him. Here’s wishing him many more accolades and hopefully he can bring Minnesota an NBA championship.

Will Ferrell Has Bankruptcy Attorneys in Splits with His NBA Announcer Act

With the economy only limping back on the road to recovery from the recent spell of recession, bankruptcy attorneys have been in a spot of bother for some days now. A much-needed diversion came when they tuned in to watch the NBA game between Chicago Bulls and New Orleans Hornets, but not in the form of some explosive slam-dunk action. Rather it was actor and comedian Will Ferrell who had the bankruptcy attorneys in splits with his announcing act.

Will Ferrell’s Impressive NBA Announcer Debut

Will Ferrell introduced the starting lineups before the Bulls-Hornets game in his inimitable style. In town for his new political comedy Dog Fight, Ferrell did not have the time to research into the biographies of the players but he more than made up with his imagination and the result had the stadium chuckling, guffawing, and roaring in laughter. The players themselves, with whose biographies Ferrell took creative license, couldn’t suppress smiles.

Hilarious

For instance, Ferrell introduced Bulls forward Carlos Boozer as a 6-foot-9er who still stays with this mother and informed fans that the Hornets guard Jarrett Jack dreamed of becoming a rodeo clown after he hung up his boots. He especially had the audience in fits when he told them that Joakim Noah, the Bull center, had two left feet and that Bulls forward Luol Deng collected rare birds and had a pet dolphin named Chachi.

A Classic

Will Ferrell had stepped into the shoes of ABA player Jackie Moon in the movie Semi-Pro and played NASCAR driver Ricky Bobby in Talladega Nights. It was his first time as an announcer in a NBA game, and bankruptcy attorneys wish this is not his last. No one can ever forget The Other Guys though, a movie of hilarious proportions.

Bankruptcy Attorneys Cheer as Matt Kenseth Wins the Daytona 500

Bankruptcy attorneys have never watched a Daytona 500 like this one and they are going to remember it for a long time to come. Though not all of them watched this race since some of these workers do not find cars going around in circles that appealing. In addition, many are working so hard because of the ongoing recession being perpetuated by federal laws and regulators such as the EPA.

An Interesting Night

First came the torrential downpour that washed out the race on Sunday and got it moved to Monday night, a first in the long history of the event. Bankruptcy attorneys almost rushed through their day’s work to be on time to catch the race and just as they had settled themselves in front of their television sets with their cans of beer and tubs of popcorn, the race got delayed by two whole hours – Juan Pablo Montoya crashed into a truck carrying jet fuel and set off a giant ball of fire. The race track then had to be cleaned with Tide laundry detergent. That Matt Kenseth finally won the race was lost in the midst of all the drama.

Matt Kenseth’s Second Daytona 500 Win

Matt Kenseth is slowly unleashing himself as a force to be reckoned with at the Daytona 500. On Monday night, he completed a stunning race and held off stiff challenges from Dale Earnhardt and Greg Biffle to emerge as the winner, albeitin overtime. He had last won the race in 2009 but this year, he was never really counted as a strong contender. But some bankruptcy attorneys are happy with the result.

This Driver should be Fired

Kenseth may have won the race but he has been clearly upstaged in popularity by Brad Keselowski, who posted Twitter updates of almost the whole event, live, and from his car. His fingers were busy even after he crashed at 190 mph. Doing what? Tweeting and what else!

Bankruptcy Attorneys Keen to Catch Dale Earnhardt Jr. in Action

Bankruptcy attorneys have kept all other engagements on hold as they intend to catch Dale Earnhardt Jr. in action at the Daytona 500. The tracks at the Daytona International Speedway will be lit on fire and fans are in for some adrenaline-pumping and nail-biting action at blazing speeds.

A Race Car Driver who is Confident

Dale Earnhardt Jr. may have finished a dismal 19th in last year’s edition of the event, but bankruptcy attorneys are confident that he is going to steal the show this year. The man in the spotlight too is brimming with confidence. “I do feel like I have a better shot at winning in this current style of racing,” he says.

Analyzing the Chances of Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Dale Earnhardt’s chances at this year Speedweeks has increased with NASCAR modifying the rules of the sport a bit. There will no longer be any extended buses running around the track. The long train will again be in play. Earnhardt, never really favoring the former procedure, is all praises for NASCAR’s change of rules. He has exhibited an enviable form too. He was in a good position in the Bud Shootout before meeting with an accident. In the Gatorade 150, he raced from behind to secure a second position. Bankruptcy attorneys and viewers of this sport have a hunch that Earnhardt is on his way to regaining his pre-2005 form, when he came out tops at seven plate races from 2001 to 2004.

Lots of Hype

With Danica Patrick making her NASCAR debut this year and Dale Earnhardt Jr. displaying superlative form, it looks like the Daytona 500 is not to be missed at all. These are the racers that make it happen. The only problem is, it is still cars going around a circle.

Allen Iverson Offered to Play for a Soccer Team; Bankruptcy Attorneys Bemused

Bankruptcy attorneys are intrigued to note a new development taking place in the sporting world, one that will affect both basketball and soccer. Allen Iverson, the former NBA All Star point guard, has been offered to stage an on-field comeback – in indoor soccer.

Shocking

Allen Iverson, in recent times, had expressed a desire to return to the game of basketball. But because of his ego, he rejected an opportunity to play with the Laker’s practice team. Bankruptcy attorneys are not sure why he would not take up the Lakers on their offer but then juggle the thought of playing indoor soccer.

Allen Iverson: Delving into His Intentions

It looks like the reason behind Allen Iverson’s desperation lies in his bank balance, which is in tatters. He owes over $850,000 to a jeweler and he has been recently been ordered by a judge to pay back the money. Iverson had got in touch with several teams to forward his candidature but none showed any interest.

No Hands

During this time, the Rochester Lancers, a Major Indoor Soccer League team, showed more than just a passing interest in the aging ex-Philadelphia 76ers player. Iverson has been offered a spot on their team for a whopping $20K for every game with an additional $5K for every goal. Well, Iverson is extremely fast; that type of speed cannot be taught. Can he transition from a game where hands are allowed to a game where hands are not?

What choices?

Allen Iverson had been known to excel in basketball and football during his high school days, but never soccer. He is a great athlete but at 36 years, can his body rise up to the grueling physical challenges of the game? Meanwhile, bankruptcy attorneys wonder if Iverson will secure this offer – after all, this money can help him pay off his dues.

Bankruptcy Attorneys Wonder about Danica Patrick’s NASCAR Chances

Bankruptcy attorneys are well aware of the buzz surrounding Danica Patrick as she awaits her NASCAR debut. But then it is hardly surprising because Patrick is the most successful female driver in the history of IndyCar and is also one of the most well-known faces in American motorsports despite not ever winning a major race.

A Cute Driver

Her move from IndyCar to full-time stock car racing was one of the biggest pieces of motor sporting news in 2012. But all this hullabaloo around Danica Patrick has made bankruptcy attorneys wonder how successful can she be in this new form of racing.

Danica Patrick in NASCAR: The Reaction All Around

While there are many who share the attorneys’ concern about Danica Patrick’s NASCAR performance, there are countless many who are elated at Patrick making a foray into this form of motorsports. Four-time champion Jeff Gordon is happy to see a woman enter a predominantly a male bastion and pit her skills against male drivers. He feels that this competition will prove great for the sport. Five-time champion Jimmie Johnson too feels the same way. According to him, given Patrick’s popularity and visibility—courtesy both her driving skills and the commercials for GoDaddy—she will be able to steer many fans to the sport. This will augur well for the prospects of NASCAR.

But what about IndyCar? Was she not successful there, in terms of making money and living her dream? How upset is that sport in regards to her leaving? Did they offer her incentives to stay or do they care?

Her Choices

Danica Patrick is all set to embark on her first full NASCAR season by taking part in the qualifying races, the Gatorade Duel at Daytona. The bankruptcy attorneys, skeptical as they are, are however wishing her all the best.
